I build narratives, organizations, and experiences that allow people to create, grow, and lead with confidence. That path has taken me from founding a national organization as a teenager to producing and starring in films all while developing leadership programs that serve people across sectors and stages of life. I’m Aneisha Hughes, and the world I am a vessel in building is changing lives, resonates across generations and lives on.

Aneisha Hughes is a founder, CEO, actress, writer, and producer whose work spans leadership, entertainment, and global impact. Raised in Houston, she found her voice early and built the Big Sister Little Sister Mentoring Program at fourteen, an organization that has now supported more than fifteen thousand young women nationwide.
As CEO, she has shaped BSLS into a national force for leadership development, mentorship, and community growth. Her work has earned awards, national recognition, and partnerships with brands across technology, beauty, education, and media.
Expanding her creative reach, Aneisha leads Hugheston, a production and creative strategy company that develops films, series, and original projects rooted in truth, depth, and cultural perspective. As an actress and storyteller, she brings emotional clarity and precision to every role and narrative she touches.
